Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is marked “Preparing for Shipment,” it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds for change of mind will only be issued for products that are unused and sealed.
Customers who frequently cancel or return orders without valid reasons may face restrictions on future purchases and potential legal action.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you believe you’ve received the wrong product, please keep both the item and the original shipping label.
Send us clear photos of both within 24 hours of delivery.
Without this information, we cannot investigate or provide a resolution.
